I do Yoga & Taboo (a mix of Kick Boxing & Aerobics) - Yoga leaves me feeling more relaxed and refreshed. Its a hard work-out without the sweat:-)

UYANDA KEEPS A HEALTH LIFESTYLE BY:

– She drinks at least eight glass of water daily;

– She maintains a healthy diet

– She keeps an Eating Diary

– She works-out at least three times a week

– She also keeps a company of A SUPPORTIVE FAMILY & GOOD FRIENDS

– She prays a lot to keep her soul grounded and achieve inner peace

EACH DAY IS A NEW CHAPTER IN HER JOURNEY TO KEEP A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE
