Guys, I made my 1st dress for a client for the 1st time yesterday "KGOMOTSO" from The Apprentice Show is so proud! I'm celebrating! I'm also making Sophie Ndaba's dress for the J&B Met! ME, MYSELF ~ Whoop whoop:-) Now, I'm not just handling creative direction, I'm personally cutting patterns, draping & sewing the garments myself! ME, Myself & I ~ Now, its OFFICIAL! You can call me DESIGNER MBULI:-) AWUZWE!

Uyanda Mbuli launched Diamond Face Couture boutique store at The Zone in Rosebank with a big celebration. The theme was Pink & Fabulous! And almost everyone turned up in Pink, walked the bling Pink Carpet, toasted with Moe't, ate braai meat & enjoyed the performances by Jade & Malaika. Bonang was the Program Director and the celebrity models included Miss SA Tatum, TV & Radio Personality Liezel van Westhuizen & Actress, Remi Chuene. Metro FM's DJ Paul Mtirara played on the deck and everyone partied till the wee hours of the morning, then moved to the afterparty at The Bank.

Uyanda, Bonang, Annele, Siphokazi & Candy all wore Diamond Face :-)

Diamond Face Couture ruled the black carpet in style at the 2008 METRO FM Awards. Dressed in DFC was yours truly Uyanda Mbuli, Generations Actress Palesa, Metro FM Station Manager - Matona & Menzi Ngubane's wife - Lerato. Khanyi & Warona also looked fabulous and stood out in Diamond Face Couture.

DFC has teamed up with young jewellery designer Mpho Masilo & Marchand van Tonder for the show case. Shoes will be provided by Toy Girl.
